Our central goal is to continuously improve the quality and environmental impact of our services. To this end, we constantly review our environmental standards and develop them further. Ecological aspects are a key decision-making criterion, particularly for renovation and refurbishment measures.

We only use green electricity. We also operate a 10.8 kWp photovoltaic system to produce as much electricity as possible ourselves.

And you, our conference and hotel guests, can also help us to improve the energy footprint of our hotel - and it's very easy: please make sure that you don't heat the room and have the window open at the same time, switch off the lights, think about whether you might like to use your towel for one more day and dispose of your waste in the bins provided.

For us, knowing where a product comes from is not only a sign of quality, but also of sustainability. Wherever possible, we buy our goods and services from the region. This enables us to achieve short transport routes. And that in turn protects the environment. At the same time, we strengthen regional economic cycles.

If we do have to source products from other countries, we make sure that they come from fair trade. After all, it is also our responsibility to ensure that global justice is improved.

In our catering areas, we use food produced according to ecological standards and increasingly organic products. We have also been certified organic in this area since 2016. Our kitchen team conjures up dishes from fresh and seasonal products every day. This allows you to experience the changing seasons on your plate.
