Consumer dispute resolution/universal arbitration board

We participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The universal arbitration board of the Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein(https://www.verbraucher-schlichter.de) is responsible.

The Schmerlenbach Conference Center is a church institution under the auspices of the Diocese of Würzburg. The law on church data protection in the version dated 20.11.2017, published in the Würzburg Diocesan Gazette No. 7 dated 28.03.2018, applies. This law on church data protection (KDG) is issued on the basis of the constitutionally guaranteed right of the Catholic Church to organize and administer its affairs independently within the limits of the law applicable to all. This right is also respected under European law and enshrined in Article 91 and Recital 165 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
