A menu that whets the appetite
Fresh herbal cuisine, regional products - some of which are organic and fairly traded - characterize the dishes in our restaurant. And to ensure that everything is crisp and fresh, our menu varies greatly depending on the season. In winter, it is very difficult for our chef to get ingredients such as strawberries in the desired quality, just as it is difficult to get kale in summer. Nevertheless, variety on the plate is guaranteed.
We always serve our food at the buffet, so you are guaranteed to find a wide selection. For breakfast, in addition to different types of bread and fresh bread rolls, there is a large selection of sausages, ham and cheese, changing jams, a muesli bar, scrambled and boiled eggs and much more. A large selection of coffee specialties, various teas and juices are also a matter of course.
Let yourself be tempted by the culinary offerings and creativity of our kitchen. Meals in Schmerlenbach are a welcome break from the conference and a time to enjoy.

The lunch buffet with a salad and starter bar usually has two meat dishes and one vegetarian dish ready for you, the components of which can be put together as you wish from meat or fish, vegetables and side dishes. A delicious dessert rounds off the menu.
Dinner consists of a hot and cold buffet with a wide range of cold cuts or typical Franconian specialties.
We are preparing an increasingly large proportion of our dishes in organic quality. Our kitchen has been certified organic since 2016 (DE-ÖKO-006).
