Fresh, healthy, seasonal, fairly traded and predominantly from the local region: in the restaurant of the Hotel and Conference Center Schmerlenbach, quality also means knowing where the products that are used in our kitchen every day come from. This means that our high standards begin with the purchasing process.
Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner: We attach the utmost importance to fresh, healthy and varied cuisine. Our kitchen team cooks fresh every day and consciously selects every single ingredient. And to ensure that they really are fresh, we focus on seasonal delicacies. In this way, you can experience the seasons on your plate in Schmerlenbach. We serve the three meals as a buffet, so variety is guaranteed. Because culinary boredom is out of the question for us. After all, we want our guests to recharge their batteries in the restaurant and recharge their batteries for the next tasks of the conference or the upcoming adventures on vacation.

Dinner: 6 to 7:30 p.m.
If these times do not fit into your seminar or conference schedule, we are happy to adapt them for groups. Just let us know when you book - we'll find a solution, we promise!
