Accurate expectation management through strategic service as added value

At Tagungszentrum Schmerlenbach, service quality is written in capital letters. In January, a further 3 employees were trained for this role in addition to the two existing service coaches. As a newly certified service coach, our head chef and his team will create new service chains and further develop the culinary quality in our restaurant. Schmerlenbach has already been certified to the high standards of "Service Quality Germany" for more than 3 years.

Service that is consistently geared towards the needs of conference planners, trainers and conference participants has always been a special trademark of Schmerlenbach as a 3-star superior monastery hotel. With a new service offensive, this special feature is to gain even more profile. Our guests will appreciate the high standard of service, especially for their conference environment.
